Product Overview
Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) is an inorganic coagulant used to clarify water by neutralizing the charge on suspended particles so they bind together and settle out of solution. Compared to conventional coagulants such as aluminium sulfate (alum), PAC generally works effectively across a broader pH range and can produce denser, faster-settling floc, which is why it is widely used across municipal drinking water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment. It is also used to treat effluent in paper mills and other process industries where solids need to be removed efficiently.
